Why Me
21 March 2026
I write this as I look for an alternance starting September 2026.
I have a CS degree and I’m in an engineering program now. I know the fundamentals: algorithms, systems, architecture. I also pick up new things quickly.
I’m not an AI enthusiast, but I do stay informed. When something new seems worth trying, I try it. I explore tools, update how I work, and build things along the way.
I know my limits. There’s a real difference between what I can do and what an AI can do for me, and I’m not going to blur that line. What I can offer is curiosity, honesty, and the willingness to say when I don’t know something.
What I want is real engineering experience: to see how a team actually works, how production systems get built, and how they stay alive. Side projects only take you so far.
I’m looking for an alternance starting September 2026, or a short internship in July-August 2026 in an association or a startup of fewer than 20 people, which is a requirement from my school. If this sounds like a fit, I’d be glad to talk.
